Garden OBGYN Commack

This is my second visit for annual check and its always a pleasure to be there, the ladies at the front desk are very polite. Isabella is great, had a sonogram and the ladies who did it were very nice. Jaskirat Kaur was the nurse practicioner who saw me and took her time to explain everything I loved how she heard all my concerns and didnt rush as I was talking to her. 10/10

From the first moment, I walked into the office as a new patient. The receptionist welcomed me with a big smile and walked me through. Everyone I saw during my appointment was super professional, super friendly, and super thorough and most importantly super patient.

I also have to piggyback on all these negative Reviews. There is so much to mention what is wrong with this ‘Practice,’ however, i will only mention the two most important to me and to you viewers. I also took tests, and the office never followed up with me. The call center made an appointment for me, and when I arrived at the office, either the dr was not there, or there was no mention of an established appointment. I will undoubtedly get a perfunctory response, from this office, apologizing with a request for me to call the office. The only consistent problem with that is, the office never picks up or returns phone calls. I also have to agree with the prior Reviews that it is very hard to find a good gynecologist on Long Island. This certainly is not the place👎Update: They continually harass me with a bill that I do not owe, and no one continues to answer the number that they implore you to contact so they can correct what is wrong. Just a disaster all around!

Horrific. This practice should be shut down. Unprofessional across the boa. Do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR. After getting unsatisfactory care here, I decided to move to a new Doctor… It took them (almost) a WEEK to fax over my medical records. This is something that should have been handled with in hours, not days. They then tried to tell me that the office I was requesting my records had a broken fax - it was not broken. It was impossible to get in contact with anyone in the office. Their billing is atrocious and makes NO SENSE. Please save yourself the headache and do NOT go to this unprofessional practice.

This place used to be decent but my goodness the ridiculousness I put up with today is crazy. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment for an important surgery, the appointment was scheduled weeks ago. I gar a call the day of that the surgeon is no longer even with the practice anymore. Like they didn’t know this back in June when she left? Why wait to tell me the day of? So I said I’d have to cancel my appointment and they canceled every single upcoming appointment I had at every facility, including my upcoming mammogram and check up at other locations. The nerve of it all is that they have a cancellation fee for patients who cancel last minute but they’re allowed to cancel last minute, no problem. The hypocrisy. Also so many times they did not bother to send my script to my pharmacist so I had to suffer without my medicine. Not a good place if you are a women who is sick and in need of care.

I thought I had a great experience at first until I got a $958 bill on the mail for an annual exam that is covered by my insurance. I called Labcorp and they informed that the doctor’s office change the billing code and that’s why they have to charge me that amount and that I should call my gyno’s office. Unfortunately that is impossible I’ve been trying to communicate with them for the past three weeks and nobody answers the phone.

This place is quite literally the worst doctors office I have EVER been to! I’m pretty confident that the five star reviews are fake because there is NO WAY that this office had that many five stars. I’ve had my appointment rescheduled two times due to a “emergency,” an emergency that took place days before the appointment. Was given one appointment time and then was texted by them the day to move my appointment up half an hour and when I got there, I still waited over an hour and a half to be seen by a NP- mind you disappointment was a reschedule from an appointment I had with one doctor scheduled to be with another doctor and then when I get to the office, they say that that doctor doesn’t take my insurance. Don’t waste your time ..there are so many better offices out there!!!

I am so angry at myself for ignoring most of the reviews here and Yelp. This office is by far theeeee WORST obgyn office I have ever been to in my life!! They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Whoever is on that text line is extremely rude also and they bill you and your insurance company for an absurd amount of money.I went in for an office visit and a pelvic exam was done as well as a “breast exam”. The doctor and I had agreed that since it’s less than a year of me getting my last pap, we will schedule that a couple months out.I ended up having other services done while there which I have done at other offices and I have NEVER been charged the ridiculous amounts that I am being charged at this place. I have asked them to review the codes submitted to the insurance company because something is clearly coded incorrectly.I recently moved from Jersey and I’ve been looking for an office here on Long Island but this one is below standards. The office is dirty, the ceiling is collapsing, the wait is over an hour even with an appt and they’re rude! The only good thing about this office was the tech who did my sonogram. She was professional, knowledgeable and kind.I just need a copy my medical records and that better not be an issue like I’ve been reading!Stay away!! This place is TRASH and they are THIEVES!! Don’t believe me, read the Yelp reviews as well!Update: Please don’t add insult to injury with that pathetic auto reply! Go have a staff meeting then clean house!

Disappointed because I thought I finally found a good gynecologist. I did tests on my last visit and they never called with the results. I saw the owner of this practice and although she was nice, she dismissed my concerns. So now Im suffering without any meds. I previously saw an NP and she was great and even made solutions for me. Jaskirat was her name..Whenever you make an appointment they give you different providers and dont follow up with meds. Only thing is they keep sending payment reminders. Not to mention they call you everyday and send multiple text and emails. Ive never had a practice literally harass me with notifications everyday! Time to find a new place. Extremely disappointed. Its impossible to find good doctors on Long Island.

Do not go here this is the worst place for prenatal visits. You see different doctors all the time and no one knows what’s going on. They ask me to retake my blood work everytime I go there because they lost my other blood work. They charged me for a visit that I did not go to and when I would try to tell them that I did not go to it the billed starts arguing with me that I did but I didn’t and it’s still in my bill. Such thieves. One of the PA smells like cigarettes and gave me a hard time just so my husband can come in the room with me when he’s been going in with me since the fist visit. Place looks old and out dated. Just terrible experience. Thank god I switched to Dr O’Sullivan what a difference in care.

HONESTLY THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST ! !! and all their offices are the same!this office doesnt help at all! Starting with the reception, they do not have a translator in Spanish, and their English is TERRIBLE!They give jobs to people from India and their English is not understood, my Spanish is better than their English. and unprofessional! There is no good communication, they are not empathetic knowing the status of my pregnancy, they force me to pay instead of waiting for the insurance or charging the insurance. They don’t work for the love of the patient, they certainly work for the love of money! And that is not being humanitarian, knowing the complication of my pregnancy, they decided not to treat me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR PREGNANCY CHECKS!A public hospital is better than this, there are translators in all languages! for better understanding and communication and help!

Your medical receptionist at the Commack location is TOP Notch! She was so helpful and assisted me with questions regarding my insurance and appointment time! She is always so kind and helpful. She was also in the middle of training someone. She’s awesome!👏🏽

Quick check in and wait time, quick exam and still thorough! Office is also pleasant as are the nurses and doctors!

Only complaint is the system generates an excessive amount of appointment reminders via email, text message & phone call. Otherwise, the office was clean, had a great aesthetic & the entire staff was professional/pleasant.

Terribly rude to my wife. We booked for her 6 week post op after moving and they thought it was an annual. We couldn’t get them over the phone and when we did they knew nothing of the info we submitted online for the appointment. Terrible. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely horrible. I tried booking with zocdoc to only have the office say that site doesn’t book you a specific time (even though it gave me a time) and I had to wait over an hour and a half. The doctor was great, but after they send me a text asking for my pharmacy when i already gave my info there, and now no one is answering my calls or texts, and the numbers ive been given are automated nonsense, out of service, or i’ve been left indefinitely on hold with their “agents”. This is way too much of a headache, as I not have to go into the office AGAIN bc clearly these people are disorganised as hell. I need this medication and i have to chase these people to get it.Please please please go somewhere else!!

The appointment booked online had to be rescheduled, I received a text and selected a new date via text. Showed up for appointment and was told my appointment does not exist and I was called to reschedule. I was not called at any point, no missed calls from their number or voicemails. My phone does not filter spam messages. Ultimately I was told nothing they can do and was turned away. When I reached out to ask why this happened I was told they didn’t have my contact number to contact me, despite the desk telling me they’d called and I didn’t answer, and despite having reached out to me to reschedule the first time. They reached out offering to reschedule, but at this point don’t trust their scheduling.

This place is absolutely horrible, they don’t release your records when you want to switch to a new clinic. They have horrible staff and only have a doctor that comes in once a week and she doesn’t even deliver your baby. The wait is crazy long, you can tell everyone in there does not know what they are doing either. I would not recommend this place do yourself a favor and find a new OBGYN all their locations are not good. The doctor at this location barely explains anything to you, and they love to try and keep you there with their horrible service. They make the place look all glitz and glamour but truly it’s not. If your a first time parent or any parent choose someone affiliated with a better hospital too. This run down wannabe clinic. Thanks glad I said my peace. I will be informing HealthFirst about this facility.

Super warm, welcoming, friendly staff. Jas was very thorough and attentive throughout my visit. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions.

MAY 2024UPDATE: My daughters first gyno visit a few months ago went very well. However it has been downhill from there. On her last visit she was told to get blood work done on her third day of her period so they can determine why she has irregular period. So we went to the office in April for the bloodwork but the office was closed eventhough their website says they have Saturday hours. I called the call center which is in the Philippines and was given a phone number to call and leave a message at the Commack Office. It was the wrong number. When I tried to text.. again it was their service in the Philippines responding to my texts. They insisted that the number was correct. So I asked them to leave a message at the office cuz I was getting frustrated with their answering/text service. Well, never got a call back, so who knows if they ever relayed my message.So here we are now in May and on the Friday before Memorial weekend 5/24, we went to the office at 2:00. office closes at 2:30. Upon entering the office we could clearly see the receptions annoyance cuz its 30 min from closing time. We were told by the Doctor back in March that no appointment is needed for blood work, just show up.When the receptionist told the Woman who takes the blood that day that she has to draw blood from my daughter, she was annoyed too. Looks like the whole office was checking out even though there was 30 min left.When the phlebotomist called my daughter for the bloodwork... I let my daughter go in without me, since this is a simple process.WRONG...I should have gone with her. She is 17 and new to going to Gyno. My daughter told me that the phlebotomist was rude and annoyed.....questioned my daughter as to why she is here. Asked her if she is pregnant and also told my daughter that she doesnt understand why the doctor would order blood test. We have never been to a Drs office and encountered so much unfriendly staff.Also when I told the front desk that the website still says that they have Saturday hours, she looked at me funny and said that she is not in charge of the website and cannot change it. Well no DUH! I know that. but she cant just notify the Dr or office manager...so they can get it corrected?? Unfortunately our experiences since first visit has been so disappointing. I had thought I found a great office for myself and my daughter, but I will be looking elsewhere.And if contacting the office for questions is important to you...do not go here. You cannot get in touch with the office. Only call center and you do not get a call back. I have questions about some surprise bills... So I will have to make a trip to the miserable office and discuss my bill since I cannot call them by phone. So my review went from 5 stars to 2 starsMARCH 2024Brought my daughter for her first visit. The website gives a briefdescription of what to expect which is helpful before appt to ease any anxiety. Dr Nicosia was thorough during my daughter’s first gyno appt asking about family history, etc. A non intrusive exam was performed. Dr Nicosia also took time to explain what types of examinations are performed as well as when these exams occur. My daughter felt good about her visit. I highly recommend Dr. Nicosia.

My overall visit went well and the office is nice along with a pleasant staff, however it has been a month and I have not received my lab results. Everytime I call I was told something different , they are in transmit , they are pending , the lab had some technical issues where the system is down and to reach out to the office manager….. Who has yet to respond to phone calls or text messages. I have never had to wait a month for lab results before switching to this office, the most I have waited was a week not a whole month. Imagine if there was a serious health concern and waiting a month for results. This is unacceptable.

Very nice facility I like coming here. The only thing that has recently bugged me was one of the Sono techs getting annoyed because I asked for a measurement of my baby. It was 1 day before the two week mark so it shouldn’t be a big deal ..::it took two seconds out of her day to do that measurement. OTHER then that pleased with everything else.

I was satisfied with the visit at the Commack location. Dr. Nicosia helped me to understand my situation and I was comfortable with her plan for me. A customer care representative, Naica, following some previous issues regarding a recommended procedure, was helpful in taking steps to ensure my concerns would be addressed.

The whole staff is excellent at the Commack location. Theyre very compassionate and make you feel comfortable right from the start. BRITTANY is absolutely amazing. If any issues occur, she makes sure they are resolved in a timely manner. Highly Recommend GARDEN OB/GYN.

So professional and loved my provider Dr. Kaur. She was so professional, kind and friendly. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend provider and place.

Absolutely amazing experience at this office. There was a situation during my appointment that could have ended badly. All of the staff were absolutely amazing. Especially the girls at the front desk and the office manager Brittany who truly went above and beyond to save the day. I could not be more grateful!

Sadly, I cant recommend this practice for gynecology. I really wanted to like it! A few positives first: It is a very clean and welcoming office, and the actual MD/NP/Sonogram tech I saw were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable.I made my first appointment to have an IUD removed and to have my annual exam. While the MD, student, and sonogram tech I saw were lovely, most other things about my experience were not. The front desk girl was distracted and left the desk to get a food order while I was trying to check out, but I could look past that because the office itself was nice. Then, I looked at the patient portal...I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of my care after being seen here. On check in, I was asked about any allergies or medications I am on. I shared that I am allergic to nuts, and on two medications. In my chart, it says I have NO allergies and NO medications. That seems very dangerous should any emergencies occur. In the nurses notes (not in the section for allergies/meds), one of my meds is listed, but the other says a med I am NOT taking and have never been on. The date of my last menstrual period is somehow wrong, even though I gave an exact date. Almost nothing I told them about my medical history is accurate, to be frank.Finally, I looked at one test result. The result said negative, but when I looked at the actual labs notes, they said the test was not even done because the specimen couldnt be tested! What if I was waiting for that result or making medical decisions based on the summary? If I did not have any medical knowledge to check for myself, I would have never known.Ultimately, even though most of the staff was very nice and professional, the fact that they are ignoring allergies, misrepresenting medications, and flubbing test results means that I cant recommend the practice for gyno care.

My first appt was today and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The Dr is so very nice and I am happy to now be a patient at your practice

It was my first OBGYN appointment & I was rather stressed all day about it to the point of having an anxiety attack earlier in the day. But from the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of & I am so happy I decided to start here.

I really like this Office. The wait time is quick and the staff is very compassionate. They make you feel comfortable. They answer any questions you may have also. The Phlebotomist is wonderful!!! She helps with any anxiety you may have about getting your blood drawn! I really like coming to the Commack location and Dr. Are is very informative and Professional too.

I have been going for 2 years now. Dr. Are was amazing, she delivered my baby and checked up on me after I had him. She was caring and supportive in my time of need. I was afraid to go because of all the negative reviews, but I have not had a single poor experience at the commack location. They have always been friendly and have worked with me when I’ve needed it. In my opinion it has been great going there and I don’t plan to change any time soon.

I will never come here again I have waited a full month for test results that shouldn’t take longer than a week. My bill for the visit came before my results which I still haven’t received.

There was hardly a wait time and they offer testing like sonograms & bloodwork there, which was so convenient. It was refreshing not to have to go to other offices to have those tests done. Terrible patient care. They advertise on their website to book appointments online which is very convenient. I happened to have an emergent issue so I was relieved to see they had a same day appointment slot open. I booked it for 1:50 PM. I arrived on time and the receptionist told me they were closing at 2:00 PM and they could not see me. I said I made an appointment and the front desk proceeded to tell me that they don’t “receive the appointments made online.” I don’t understand why you would advertise on your website to make an appointment online and then not honor it. When I explained it wasn’t an extensive visit but was a semi-emergency and I really needed this appointment and it would be quick she just said the Dr. had other matters to attend to, she didn’t even get up to ask the doctor if they could make an exception. I arranged to leave work for this issue and cancelled an other existing appointment I had. I was planning on making this my primary OB/GYN due to the “convenience.” First and last time ever stepping foot in this office. I have been in health care for 9 years and would never have treated a young, nervous, and concerned patient this way. Also would never falsely advertise.

Horrible customer service.They keep you on hold for five minutes and do not even sympathize with your concern. I go on a call with them and they act like I’m no one. They proceed to give an attitude when I told them I’m not feeling well.Absolutely horrible customer service. If you want to help be considerate and don’t give an attitude. Learn to treat patients with compassion, most ppl lack thatThis is unacceptable and they should not even be doing this job. They are incapable of doing their workI would rate this 0/10.

Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. and assistants are so welcoming and always make sure your getting 5 start treatment. The Dr. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.

I’m not going to lie, when I first saw the reviews right before my appointment while sitting in the parking lot, I got scared. Lol but after being there I was happy with everything. The girl upfront was really nice and polite. The doctor was really nice as well and she listened to my questions and I actually got answers. The last gyno I went to was very rude and dismissive. Iv never been to a GYN where your calling them for your results. They did not give me a call about my results when my apt was exactly 3 months ago.The system also sucks BAD.Don’t waste your time here……

I love this location and staff. Maria the medical assistant is always super sweet, the young receptionist is really nice and so is the sonogram tech. Appointments are pretty much on time, Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. Victoria Gardner, the P.A Ive seen for my last 2 appointments is really nice and answers any questions and I plan on sticking with her through my pregnancy. So far only good things to say about the Commack location

The office staff was very professional & proficient. My first visit with Dr Gopika was excellent. She’s gentle, thorough & knowledgeable.

Dr. Are seemed like a nice person but a bit timid with asking questions. Im a Talker anyway so she got alot out of me with just one question so it might just be on my side. 😆. The nurse was very nice and the front desk person was very nice and helpful. The ease of making the appointment was very good. I also like the fact that I can text them and get a response back without having to call. Im giving it 4 stars only because it was my first appointment and all seems well (for now). I hope all my future visits go well like this. The other OBGYN I had had very bad bedside manner and didnt listen to a word I had to say but Dr. Are listened to me. So it was a good experience for me.

Not a good practice at all!! I waited for an hour and 10 minutes. Most of this time I was naked in a gown in the examination room waiting for the Dr. I finally gave up, got dressed and left and was not examined. This office is unprofessional, disorganized and obviously unable to keep to a schedule, and believe me I was being patient. But more than a 35-40 minute wait is absolutely ridiculous!! This wait was exceptionally LONG, but the waiting room was surprisingly empty! Go elsewhere. What a complete waste of my time.

Dr Ari Goptik is warm, kind, compassionate, and skilled. Any experience in this office with her is gentle. The staff at Garden OB/GYN are easy to work with and most are the kindest women. The facility is clean , and appointments run on time.

I saw Physician Assistant Katrina Litzko for my annual Pap smear. She seemed like a nice woman however when it came down to the Pap smear she had me in tears. That was the worst pap I have ever gotten in 20 years. It felt as though she didn’t use any lubricant and the swabbing was so painful she made me bleed. Perhaps it was an off day but I will not be a returning patient.

Reasons for rating, see below for explanations of each item:1. Unacceptable wait times2. Unprofessional correspondence system3. Unnecessarily unpleasant procedures4. Gaslighting1. The wait times are consistently extremely long (1.5 hrs). Even when they asked me to come in early for my appointment, they had me wait long after my appointment time to even be seen. I understand that sometimes an office is busier then expected, but then don’t ask me to come in early.2. It is nearly impossible to contact the office. The call service rarely picks up and the text messaging service is slow and doesn’t even always answer. Often the person takes so long to answer it goes back into the queue and the new person responding needs to start the conversation over. The call service also rescheduled my appointment 3 times because they could not figure out which doctor could do the procedure I required, only to find out my original appointment was with the correct doctor and it should have never been rescheduled. One time I even had to go to the office just to speak with them because I couldn’t get in contact with them for days.3. I had to have a procedure done without anesthesia against the recommendation of the doctor because the office made me sign a form that the anesthesiologist would not be covered under my insurance once I got to the office for the procedure. I even offered to possibly pay out of pocket, but they could not even provide me with the cost of the procedure beforehand. The procedure was very painful and unpleasant.4. Some of the doctors and nurses have also been very dismissive of my issues and made me feel like I was crazy. This caused many problems to persist and even worsen over time. Fortunately, I started seeing a new doctor at the practice who has been very understanding and helpful, but unfortunately all of the other issues with the office have led me to look for another practice anyways.

Waiting room is beautiful , all the staff members were great. I am so happy to be a patient i highly recommend.

I went to Garden OBGLY for the 1st time based on a good friends recommendation. This is an all female practice.From making the appointment (getting in within a 2 week window) to entering the office, I love this practice.Everyone was so accommodating, making me feel comfortable from the beginning.They took the time to listen to me and answered all questions I had.I would recommend them to anyone.

The front office staff are very friendly and understanding. The facility is nice and clean and well maintained. My only concern is the wait time as well as the inconsistency of doctors available. What I mean is many doctors do not last there so everytime you go you see someone new. Thats a bit troubling for me. I would rather see the same doctor when I make an appointment.

Everyone was so nice to me & my family. The office was very clean & nice! The Doctor & staff walked me through my exam, they explained everything they were going to do, before they did it. They were gentle and nice to me. I told all my friends at school about this office & the nice staff. Garden OBGYN is now a place i can grow up with, an into my adult years to come. I highly recommend this place to all, young girls like myself for their first experience !

It was a great experience, I’m 22 so my top priority is feeling comfortable. I’ve had some bad experiences as I believe most women have at the GYN. But after many attempts I believe I’ve found my permanent GYN. Staff is nice and same for the provider. Very helpful with questions and open about treatment.

First appointment last week and very impressed! The office is very clean and calming. The wait time was less than 10 minutes and the staff were very welcoming, respectful, and personable. Im very happy to have found and switched to this location. I left my visit with all questions and concerns addressed and know exactly what to look forward to on my next visit. Im very happy

UPDATE - Since the response to my review from Garden OB/GYN a month ago, not one person from Garden has reached out to me to date, despite multiple follow ups on my end. As a patient, I have no interest in doing more than I have already done for this practice.----The staff are very helpful here when you can actually get a hold of them, and Victoria is the absolute best. I honestly wish I could stay on as a patient here to be treated by her, but I cannot deal with the disorganization anymore. They will cancel your appointment the day before with no explanation, will not help you actually obtain any specialty birth control you might request (have to do it yourself and then once they cancel your appointment, you, the patient, are responsible to deliver it to another one of their offices for insertion - this has happened to me twice now with this practice). Waited weeks for biopsy results. The texting service is awful and the appointment desk takes even longer. I will be finding a new provider following my appointment tomorrow. Its really, really unfortunate and very frustrating.

The office was very big, organized and clean!! The waiting room was very comfortable and they had family friendly movies playing while you were waiting. Once in the room, the doctors and nurses were very friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend!

My first few visits great after the first few it went downhill especially when trying to obtain results I had test done over a month ago and have not heard from not one person Ive called multiple times even went into the office who told me to call Monday I went over a whole week and still nothing how upsetting and very unpleasant waiting on results for over a month .

My first appointment went great!! I felt very comfortable from start to finish, all of the ladies in the office were warm and welcoming! I am very impressed at how thorough they are with your care! You can have blood work done here also so you dont have to leave the office for anything and thats a HUGE plus! Im looking forward to establishing my care here!!

The staff were so nice from when I called Originally a week ago to set up an appointment. Most offices it takes at least a month to be seen but they were able to see me in 4 days. The receptionist was so sweet. The office is so clean. And dr Are was so kind and explained everything to me. No judgement from her- just compassion and respect. I was So happy with my experience there.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Everyone was caring and I loved the atmosphere. They went above and beyond for me. I’m so happy that I came here. Really appreciate everyone i interacted with.

Dr. Are is a dream and a delight… so kind and gentle, the exact person I want taking care of me during scary moments.She was assisted by Emily (not sure of exact job title) who went above and beyond to make sure things were in order after a mix-up… she truly made magic happen. Very grateful to have been seen by both of them today!!

Dr. Katrina is really helpful she takes her time and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. Nice facility and the people from the front desk and the medical assistants are very polite.

Just when I thought I finally found a good gyn I’m disappointed. For one, the wait times are terrible I understand it’s an OB office & anything can happen but still. It’s impossible to reach out to someone & I always have to be texting & speaking to someone from a call center they don’t know what they doing. Who am I supposed to reach out to if I have questions. They literally got mad I was asking questions that they routed my message to my doctor who wasnt any help. I had to get what I believe, was a painful uncomfortable & unnecessary procedure never in any gyn office had I had to get this. I was recommended to get a vaccine which they don’t even have in the office & I’ve been calling everywhere just to get something so simple they wouldn’t even refer me to another office. What good is it if I’m paying for services & don’t get what I need. I always have to pay a copay which I understand it has to do with my insurance then you get surprise bills as well charging me unnecessary stuff. I’ve worked in insurance before I know how it goes. It has just been a rollercoaster bad experience & I’m going to have to go somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Waited over an hour each visit. Second appointment was like the doctor never met me. It was like she didn’t review my chart. I was their to check on the viability of my pregnancy and she says congratulations, and then proceeded to give vague answers on my pregnancy was heading in the right direction, and say maybe you should terminate?? Very disconnected and insensitive. I’m wondering if this is how she treats everyone?? I don’t trust anything she says at this point and will go for a second opinion.

What I dont understand is every time I ho for an appointment and for a doctor I usually dont get one today I did. But since my original doctor has retired I never have seen the same person twice . I would love to know who is my permanent doctor. The doctor I saw today was lovely but is not the doctor I saw previously. I dont know who to tell my my regular doctor who is my ogbyn. This frustrating.

It was my first visit to this office. Everyone was really nice! One surprise was that when I made. my appointment online I requested Dr. Are. All my reminders said I was seeing her. When I got there, she wasnt there. I saw the PA. She was lovely!! But its weird that I made my appt with the doctor after doing much research. That was a little misleading.

I’ve been going to Dr. Are for a little while now and I must say, she is hands down one of my favorite doctors. She has helped me tremendously throughout my pregnancy and when I had to deliver my baby 5 weeks early via c-section, I felt good knowing that it was Dr. Are who was delivering my baby (she even left me with a nice small incision, thank you!). But I know that if I ever have questions, concerns, or anything, that I can go to her. I definitely trust her and she’d be the one I go to for my next pregnancies. Thank you Dr. Are!

I thought the receptionist was very nice. My PA Victoria was amazing. She explained everything Thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and apologetic because they were running late with their appointments. The facility is clean and there is ample parking.

I have had a horrible experience at this office. The PA Monica was very nice and the receptionists were too but there were some issues. I spent three hours at the office to not even be seen by a doctor. The blonde lady with a heavy accent was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable at my appointment while she was doing the initial part of my appointment. She rolled her eyes at me for my answers for personal health questions. And when taking blood she could not find the vein and dug around inside the arm. When she couldn’t find it she threw the needle away angrily and stormed out. Very painful bloodwork experience that left a bruise. She made me feel so uncomfortable for my first gyno appointment which should not happen. Very disappointing that people like this can work such an intimate profession. I will not be returning.

Terrible experience. Staff was kind. Dr are is extremely rude. She is not clear at all. She is extremely judgmental if you have questions. Cannot ask her a question without her making you feel dumb. She gets frustrated with every question you have. I never had this experience with any other doctor I have ever went to. I came here because of the good reviews but if you check anything else such as Yelp you can see the actual experiences people had. Will not be returning.

On my annual visit- there were abnormal cells. Instead of calling me directly to tell me that I would need a biopsy- I was notified through their patient portal and told someone would call me to schedule the biopsy Unsure of what doctor thinks its appropriate to let someone know they have pre-cancerous cells via email. It has also been more than a week and no one from the office has called to schedule. I scheduled somewhere else, but this is insane.

I saw PA Monica El Sheikh on this visit and she was incredibly warm and friendly. She took the time to listen to my issues and addressed each of my concerns throughly. I like that she did not rush me through the visit and took her time and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!!

I was called to the back room 5 to be exact. I was told to undress and put on a gown and told the Dr will be right in. 45 minutes later no one came. They forgot about me and left me waiting in a cold room. I had to leave the office because I was already waiting to be seen over 2 hours and I had to leave. I didn’t even get as much as an apology. I was very disappointed.

There patient care is awesome but their customer service is bad. They push you to text for appointments or anything else but stop texting. I tried calling to get someone to talk to but no one is picking up or I get a pick up/ hang up right away. Ive been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 hours. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt that the person on the other side of the text messages went to lunch and will be back, but I have gotten no response. I also emailed and nothing. Once you get your appointment the service is nice. Getting anything else is like pulling teeth.

When you actually get a hold of someone the service is great. The nurses, PA’s and doctors are literally so sweet, I also love all the sono technicians. They are kind and empathetic. However everything is completely disorganized. I had an emergency the other night, I needed to make an emergency appointment. I was on HOLD for over two hours, the auto message kept directing me to use their Klara texting portal. So I did, except no one got back to me. They claim you get faster response times. I initially called at 1 pm was on hold for two hours and then waited on the text app and didn’t get a hold of anyone until 6:30 when I tried calling again. When I finally got them on the phone, they were so nice and apologetic about the wait. They got me in an appointment right away. The next day comes and I get a text from my pharmacy saying that my medication was ready to be picked up. Huh??? I never knew I needed medication, so at this point I am so scared because I have no idea why they sent this specific medication through. I called to find out and of course I was on hold for about 30 minutes for them to have to apologize to me again for sending my medication in without even telling my results from my blood work first. I had to go back on Friday for more blood work, and they told me they were going to send it stat and that I would receive my results tomorrow (AKA Saturday). I called just for them to tell me the lab technicians don’t work on weekends and I need to wait until Monday. I am so upset. Why would they send the results in stat just for me to have to wait the whole the weekend.Overall, great doctors and staff, but awful customer service if you need to call or get answers promptly.

Dr. Nandini and her staff were friendly, easygoing and attentive. Everyone was extremely professional during my visit and tended to me in a timely fashion. Dr. Nandini was courteous and informative throughout my visit. I’m so glad to have found her practice and would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Doctor and staff were very nice and professional. I will not be returning as a patient however after going in for my annual exam as a new patient after receiving a sonogram during my annual exam. As someone new to NY from another state I assumed by the way it was presented that it was a new part of the annual exam/preventative care I was coming in for. Based on my history and regular exam, the doctor did not specify why a sonogram would be necessary. I was not expecting to pay a big bill for something not covered by my insurance, and having some clarification that this was optional /not part of the annual exam would have been appreciated. I understand that I can opt out of a procedure, but being told that the office offers this and that it is not typically part of the exam or covered by most insurance policies before the appointment would be helpful, rather than being told to get the sonogram during the appointment.

Garden OB/GYN was a great experience. I came in very nervous and from start to finish every staff made me feel comfortable. I saw Tina a physician assistant and she was amazing and was so reassuring. I came in the office with concerns about PCOS, Tina took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to get me a sonogram and reviewed the results with me right away. The best experience I have had at an OB/GYN! Thank you !

Dr. Are is super sweet, I never feel rushed when I see her. She has a sense of humor which made me feel more relaxed. And I never have to wait long. The staff is always pleasant and the office is always clean.

My 1st Visit to Garden ObGyn. What a lovely environment & Medical Staff. Dr. Are is so calm, gentle, sweet & compassionate.So glad I’m now her new patient.

Absolutely love this facility and the staff is supper nice! From the front desk till the check up my whole experience was very relaxing and I definitely dealt with very professional doctors! By the way I love the decor and cleanliness of the office overall!

All I can say is wow. I won’t change my initial review because NP Gardner is still amazing. But even with amazing care from her I will not be staying at this practice. They are super unorganized. Canceling appts the day before and then having trouble accommodating you. Their billing team is incompetent. Every time I go to my appt I have a copay. I pay this copay before I receive any service. Well I receive a bill with no breakdown so the first time I reach out to get information that person tells me my insurance charge me an extra 15.00 on top of my copay. Okay that’s was fine but garden obgyn was charging the full copay again. Asked for it to be fixed nothing. Maybe like a week or two later some woman leaves a voicemail saying to call back about an urgent matter. I’m 17 weeks pregnant just took part 2 of my nipt so I get all worked up because I’m thinking somethings wrong with my baby. Nope she called about my bill in which they billed wrong to tell me disregard the call as she see there a mistake. Thank you for giving me a near heart attack to tell me it was a mistake. So after all that I will be leaving their care. Trust me don’t waste your time here get care from a place that more efficient and cares.

Two stars because the nurses there are very nice. I went there on Monday and the doctor was supposed to send two prescriptions to my pharmacy. It is now Wednesday night and after multiple calls and texts I still have no prescriptions!! They claim they “sent a message” to who saw me but two days later still NO answer NO prescriptions for an active infection that I need treatment for. This was my first appointment there and I will not be going back.

First I want to thank everyone for making me feel super comfortable. Second NP Gardener is amazing. This is my first pregnancy and I have a lot of emotions even with her seeing me after they were closed she answered all my question and made me feel better about things. The ultrasound technician was amazing too though I forgot her name. Thank you all and I look forward to my care here.

The front staff was friendly and efficient. I felt respected throughout the remainder of my visit with the MA and PA. I would recommend Garden OBGYN

Waited to get a second opinion to write this review. Had a harrowing experience here after seeing Victoria. I went in for my annual check-up and did everything as usual. I was told the results would be back in 7-10 days. After 7-10 days passed, I call the office multiple times but no one would answer. I had to use their TERRIBLE messaging system, only to get a hold of a snarky girl who is robotically asking me what I need. I asked for my results and she said someone would get in touch with me. After several days, someone (I have no idea who this person is) called me in the middle of work and gave me the results of my PAP and said there were abnormalities and if I’d like to schedule a biopsy for the following day. As you can imagine, that is a lot to digest in the middle of work and I was stunned. This woman seemed to be in a rush to schedule me for this biopsy appointment. When I said no to the appointment, she hung up. I called back and no one was answering, AGAIN. I was distraught and anxious from this news to say the least. Fast forward to present day, I went to see an MD and not a NP or PA, who did my PAP herself, the results came back absolutely normal. I’m not sure what your guy’s angle is, but hire better staff and urge your Doctors, NP’s, and PA’s to deliver test results in a better way. ACCURATE TEST RESULTS, not some bogus result to earn more money by doing unnecessary testing. Do not recommend at all, you guys have given me months of stress and anxiety.

I got my nextplanon implant taken out and put back in by this male doctor 2 years ago. HE WAS TERRIBLE!!!! I almost passed out. He was so rough and said it was scar tissue. Yesterday went to get it completely taken out. This woman was so sweet and gentle. I was so nervous because I thought of the scar tissue and it was going to be so painful again. Nope she did it in less than a minute and made me feel so comfortable. I love her for making my worries go away.

1st of all, the receptionist never greeted me, never smiled, spoke to me like a robot and did not even care to help me solve the log in issue. Once I was called in to the room by a woman wearing black scrubs who never introduced herself, she asked me how many times I have been pregnant, when I answered 6, she asked me how many kids do I have, when I said 1, her next response was did you terminate the rest? Now, what kind of ridiculous, insensitive, judgemental question is this. Anyhow, I saw an NP who was amazing, knowledgeable and kind who ordered a sono, for which I have waited half naked in a cold room for over 35 minutes, meanwhile, this is on Wednesday at 11am, 3 patients in the whole facility. Sono was performed, and I was called into the room for results. I was told I need a D+C procedure and need work up for it right there and then. I was not given any further explanation about the facility or the doctor performing the procedure, was never asked what my opinion was about performing the procedure. Now I am a surgical nurse myself, and let me tell you, there are less invasive steps we can take to rule things out before a procedure. All I was doing is looking for a new OB/GYN doctor closer to me, however, I will not be coming back or recommending this office to anyone

Staff is super friendly! Dr Are explains everything to you about your pregnancy. She lets you know how baby is doing at every appointment. Dr Are is very patient and soft spoken

Everyone was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Victoria Gardner was the PA that worked with me and she couldnt have been nicer and more welcoming. She happily answered any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving.

I am pleased with the providers at this practice everyone is very nice and informative while in the office and getting an appointment is very easy. The only issue I have is with follow up care it’s difficult to get in touch for follow up information regarding test results and such. That’s why I did not give 5 stars.

Dr. Are is AMAZING! She takes the time to listen and truly values your right of autonomy. I recommend her 100% and if you have to see her go to in Commack. The ambiance of the office and the friendliness as well as efficiency of the staff is unmatched.

July 2nd I went to this practice for an annual, Pap smear and I was having some type of infection. I am also experiencing hormone issues and was concerned about PCOS. I was not given a sonogram but I was told to get blood work done and I was also told that they would let me know what kind of infection I had the next week and we also scheduled an appointment for 7/31 to go over my blood work. 5 days went by and I didn’t hear from anyone regarding the infection and I was in a lot of pain so I purchased OTC products which seemed to help. Today was my appointment, and when I mentioned no one called me about my infection results I was told “no news is good news” but I was in pain and uncomfortable and I had to take matters into my own hands. My blood work came back fine. However that doesn’t address what I’m experiencing and I feel like a sonogram should’ve been performed. I was given two referrals of endocrinologists and when I went home to look them up one of them had a 1.8 rating out of 5 and the other a 2.0 out of 5, so I had to research other endocrinologists and book an appointment elsewhere because I take my health and my time off very serious and I don’t have time to waste with doctors that done even have a 3.0 rating. I was also told that my Pap smear results were not in because the person that is in charge of the results was “on vacation” but my cells also seemed atypical and I might have to wait another week. Telling a patient that is beyond unprofessional and all it did was make me upset and scared me because now I’m sitting here wondering what’s going on with me since I have atypical cells. It’s beyond ridiculous that’s is taking almost a month to Pap smear results. I feel like my care was put completely on the back burner in turns of my Pap smear, no sonogram being done and no phone call or answer regarding what infection I had. I was on hold with patient care for an 1 hour and 15 minutes to try to get a hold of the manager which I have a screenshot of to show how long I waited. I’m very very upset with my care and treatment and I don’t deserve to be jerked around like this.

Wonderful experience with Garden OB / GYN, Long Island, Dr. Are was a wonderful doctor and the staff were always helpful and friendly. They are very professional and provide excellent service. I would recommend it to anyone, they know how to do their job. I am grateful for the service I receive every time I go.

Ive been looking for a doctor like Dr. Are for so many years and I am so thankful I found her. I finally got an answer for my condition and what I am most thankful for is that Dr. Are gave me options. The staff were so nice, inviting and polite (especially Maria, I believe she’s one of the nurses). Literally the cleanest office I’ve been to in a long time! 1000% recommend Dr. Are and the office at Commack.

My first visit at Garden OBGYN with Dr. Are was amazing. She is a kind and compassionate doctor, which are the exact qualities you need in an OBGYN. I highly recommend this clinic to all patients.

They fit me in last minute since I believe I had an infection brewing. Didnt have to wait long (35 minutes) before being seen. Very nice staff, took good care of me. Answered all my questions and they were thorough. Very pleased.

The PAs at this location ate amazing! Definitely know how to talk to people and make you feel comfortable. The wait time was great, i was seen 5 mins after my appointment time.

My appointment took 2 hour and 20 minutes, much of which was spent waiting alone. I only spent around 20 minutes with the staff/doctor during this time. Otherwise everyone was professional, helpful and friendly.

I loved my visit with Dr. Guta. She is so nice and polite but, best of all she listens. I loved how quickly she came up with a plan and how she took the time to explain in detail everything that’s going on and everything to expect. I definitely would like to see her again.

This place is terrible. Don’t go there, worse dr but staff was nice. Dr. Didnt listen to the patient. Waited for 1 and haft hour to be be seen, finally they called you in. I still had to wait for another 40 minutes in the room. Finally Dr. came in but she was in the room not even 5 minutes and rushing out. When I called wanted to speak to the dr. but nobody called back. They just prescribed me the same thing that I didnt want and didnt help, and sent to the pharmacy without telling me. I knew because CVS callIng. If I could give 0 star I would. This place is provider-centered not patient-cented approach.

The receptionist has no idea what she’s doing and at the same time is rude. I understand if your new that’s fine but you don’t have to be rude. The vitals girl with the heavy accent is extremely unprofessional. She gives her opinion about my health history that has nothing to do with OBGYN every time I see her too. Shes not a doctor let alone a doctor in a different field then OBGYN.She makes me extremely uncomfortable with her pushy rude way of talking.

I found out I was pregnant and decided to take my second pregnancy here. I was 4 weeks pregnant and was told to come down anyways. They took my blood, performed a sonogram, and other test. This always took a little over TWO HOURS!!! no call about results either, you HAVE to make an appointment in order to receive it. I was told to come down every 3 days for blood work? But decided I would come every 6 days instead and even then, it wasnt enough to tell any difference. The worse part?? THEY LOST MY FIRST BLOOD WORK RESULTS!! THEY COULDNT RETREIVE IT ANYWHERE! I had a full blown anxiety attack in the office because every time I would go for hopefully good news, it was always its too early, ALL THREE VISITS I WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO EARLY FOR ANY INFORMATION. Why make a mother suffer with the same news every single time rather than coming back every MAYBE two weeks? and to loose blood work? unacceptable. I wouldnt trust them with delivering my child.

All these reviews on here have to be fake. If you go to an appointment you wait at least one hour never less, the doctors think you a cattle and treat you like you are just another patient. They are so worried about reviews all they do is call you sweetie and love and tell you nothing about your pregnancy or medical issues. Both doctors on both visits took me to their office and were asking meIf I have anything to tell them?? Like no I’m here for you to tell about my pregnancy. If you have decent insurance go somewhere else, it’s Shame that in this day and age pregnant women are treated like money machines.

From the minute I made the appointment I felt valued and cared for as a client all tests done on site I left within an hour feeling really seen and heard. What a blessing.

After a.45 minute wait.the receptionist announced the wait will be at least.an hour now.if you would like.to.reschedule. Really, I guess the patients time is not of any importance. At the same time, she was leaving messages for patients scheduled later in the day to.come in early if they could. .Does that make any sense? My medical.assistant was excellent and the.pa was friendly and professional. There are no mds here, there are 2 pas.I was hoping this.office was run better than the pathetic Massapequa office, but unfortunately its not. The receptionist was also. Asked several patients if they would.like to.reschedule when they found.out.the.doctor they.hoped to.see was not here. A hour and 10.minutes still waiting. Office manager here has work to do. Do not use this practice.

I went in, interested in birth control methods or tying my tubes. I know it is unusual for doctors to consider tying tubes under the age of 35, but I was dismissed quickly and Im 31. There was very minimal discussion, and they said that they werent going to do it and my boyfriend should just get a vasectomy instead. Which doesnt help me. So then I asked about getting an IUD. They told me that it would take 5 to 6 weeks for my IUD to come in and then they would call me and we would set up a date and time to get it implanted. After 13 weeks, I still hadnt heard from them, so I called to see what was going on. I was told that the IUD had been shipped to my pharmacy. I told them I never received any notification from my pharmacy and asked them which one it was and it was some random lab that I had never heard of before. I was also told that because I never picked it up, they dont have it anymore. But I never knew about it or where it was and was never informed that it was ready for me. I have been off of all forms of birth control for many months and really cant afford accidentally getting pregnant. It would have been very great if they could have done what they said they were going to do, which was letting me know when my IUD came in. But they never let me know and so now I would have to wait another 1 and 1/2 to 2 months for another IUD. That is on them. It very much seemed like they are not for the women, or maybe just anti-birth control altogether, so it was a very negative experience. On top of that, supposedly with every first exam they pregnancy test you. Only I wasnt told that. Nor did I ever get any sort of result from them. But now Im being charged money for a pregnancy test. So thats cool. I have to pay the money for their negligence.

Consistently wait at LEAST an hour each appointment. Poor communication between doctor and pt...if you can even see a doctor, its usually only a PA. Needed to speak to an MD on the weekend, one failed to call me back after being on hold for 15 minutes and the other told the secretary to relay a message to me about an urgent matter. Inappropriate conduct, will never return.

Dr Are is very kind and sweet. Whenever I meet her she listens and gives you the best solution. 5 out of 5 stars for her. She took care of me during my delivery of my child. The only problem I have is MOSTLY during my visits, I see the PAs. I am paying for the doctor, getting emails from the doctor, everywhere is Dr Are’s name. I understand PAs are equally knowledgeable but atleast the doctor should see us.Today again, during my annual check up I only saw a PA not the doctor. So, 4 stars for Garden obgyn.

Update: spoke with office manager and she says its a call center that takes the calls. So idk. But this my second and last time at this office location. Its a beautiful office but too slow for my liking. I gave them 3 stars for the Doctors & that they are polite.Dr. Gardner is great but, they have the longest phone waiting ever. What was even more disrespectful is that I came up after being put on hold for an hour. And not one person was on the phone and not one customer was at the desk. So who are they helping. They told me to call when I got here and I did but no one answers. No one ever answers. If u can pick another location bc this one is SLOW MOTION IN REVERSE!!!!! THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. and if u make an appt in the evening be prepared to be there all night.

So clean and neat! Beautiful place! Dr. Vitoria was so kind, excellent Dr! She answered all my questions and concerns! The best OB/GYN Dr I ever had! Easy to set up an appt with the Klara app, highly recommended it

Hi made an appointment for an annual check up. And when I got there the doctor did not do anything to me she told me to go and come back on my period to do the annual check up and I was so confused I wasted my time to drive all the way here and having to go back home I feel like it you guys didn’t really do anything a complete waste of time I’m not really sure if the doctor was rushing or some thing or I was her last patient she was in trying to do much but that’s really not how a doctor should turn down their patient that’s really bad and very unprofessional

Honestly worse service ever. Nice people but there’s always something when I come in for simple blood work since I’m pregnant. I’ve been poked 5 times and still they weren’t able to get any blood. There schedule is off. I’ve been to the one in garden city and had a way better experience.

Dr.Are is very patient. She listened to all my concerns and gave all the assurance and information I needed . She’s an amazing person and a brilliant doctor !

Although the staff is friendly ,their care is horrible, the doctors would be annoyed if you require translation services eveneif you vprovide it yourself ; always sights and show mimics of frustration during conversation between this location and lake success they will send you and appoint you even when no one is there to see you, for example 2 weeks before birth we have been called to see a high risk specialist at lake success location when we went there no one knew why we were there on a day when only a nurse is present... too many questions unanswered...they have failed to schedule us a labor and delivery in their designated hospitals so we went to Stonybrook emergency to be transfered to labor. Lakesucces location also failed to send documentation to the hospital as hospital contacted them over and over...they have done the same thing a few months back when asked medical records from Dr nayyars office claimed that they have been sending it every 15 minutes but no one is accepting it while I was watching Dr nayyars fax machine getting all kind of faxes all around ,5 hours and 2 supervisors later they claimed their fax machine was broken and and sent the documents 5 hours later... We had to reschedule a visit with our doctor ,if I could had turn back the time with this knowledge about this place ;even if they paid us $1000 for each visit we would not go back says the pregnant lady who is only making minimum wage

Absolutely love this office, I arrived early for my appointment and was taken in right away. The staff provided a very fast, efficient and thorough experience. Also this office has such a lovely decor.

Worst experience ever! 6 appointments made!!!!! To get my nexplanon removed and for a consult. Everytime I went to each appointment it was either sorry the qualified person to take out the nexplanon is not here, we would have to reschedule. Sorry we can take the nexplanon out but you would have to come back for a consult. Mind you I would have to pay each time I come. I had an appointment at 8:20am on 6/25 ,they called to say sorry the doctor that was suppose to see you today had to go do a delivery, she should be back by 10am. Comes 10am sorry another delivery, we could reschedule. I asked for another appointment that same day in another location. They told 6pm in Commack, I took it. I called at 4pm to make sure I am going to be seen for removal of nexplanon and consult. Guess what???? When I got there. Sorry the doctor wont be able to do both today. Mind you I came all the way from Valley Stream. So unprofessional!!!!!UPDATE: I want to thank everyone who reached out to me to make sure I was seen and resolve the issue right away. They turned a bad experience to a positive one and that is what truly matters. This is what customer service is about! Thank you Patricia and Shawna for following up.

Meh.I was aware i was expecting my first child so i went to visit Garden OBGYN to inquire about the genetic testing. They did a urine test where the nurse automatically says, Its positive. Do you want to keep it? Weird statement since im there obviously for genetic testing, i think the answer is self explanatory. Her question was inappropriate. No mam, i am not interested in letting you guys rip apart my healthy baby. Psycho bytch. And its a baby ,not a it, they are not an inanimate object. Very animated if anything!There was also a sonogram checkup and I wasn’t impressed. The people working there are cold including the sonogram technician. The quality of the sonogram was not great so I received unsatisfactory photos of my child. The sonogram tech also made some pretty unprofessional remarks which I wasn’t a fan of. They also pretty much rush you after making you wait forever.I now realize why I stopped going to this practice and I definitely won’t be back.

Dr. Ari went above and beyond by calling me after hours to discuss test results during my pregnancy. I had a difficult one with my first and she is making my second pregnancy a much less stressful experience just by being engaged and caring enough to go the extra step. Thank you!

Commack Garden OB/GYN is very crowded and it takes a few hours to have everything completed. BUT its worth it. I dont have to make 100 different appointments, its all done in 1 and the hours are fantastic! Im very glad this office is so convenient for me.

My experience with the doctor was just.. Amazing. She put me at ease even when she knew I had something bizarre going on and I was a nervous wreck. She talked everything through calmly and guided me in a compassionate manner.

It makes no sense how slow they are and the lack of communication within the office. Also they don’t answer the phone, I tried calling for two days straight so I could cancel my appointment and get my records to switch dr’s and they never answered. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

Impossible to get an appointment with. Either the office is under staffed or not enough are trained on applying and removing birth control. Office keeps pushing back my appointment for over a month.

Bad staff bad experience bad operationThey gave me 2 appointments on Friday afternoon with Dr. Arminda Mauricio MD at Commack location (St Catherine wellness center) and I show up on time and the receptionist says that Garden OBGYN does not even come on Friday’s at all and also showed me the business card of Dr Gopika Nandini MD and said She is the one who comes to Commack location. They why was my appointment made with Dr Mauricio? Receptionist also said this has happened before that patients show up and return because no Doctor from Garden OBGYN show up at the specified Commack location. I called Garden OBGYN to enquire. First they cannot find my record with my DOB. Strange. Then they find me with my lastname and said the appointment was made by mistake. Mistake? twice?Stay away from this irresponsible group. If they cannot even manage appointment properly how can they operate well?

The Dr was amazing she discussed everything I needed to know with my husband and I and was very informative. With information for us to know what our next options would be to move forward with my health
